Yes, very flowing and methodical as always. The lines are swirled, expressive and gentle. It gives her a softer look and tone than with harder lines. I like the expression too. It looks like she may have done something wrong and is trying to pass off the innocent "Who, me?" look with her big eyes.
A character that is well designed, good job. I'm sure there is more to come, keep up the great work and I hope you continue to enjoy doing it.
